He has a B. Accountancy with honour from University of Stellenboch and a Higher Diploma in Financial Markets from the RAU – Cape Town.

Nizar El-Hachem

Nizar has extensive background in investment banking, project finance and private equity. For the past ten years, he successfully managed large corporate accounts and offered investment banking advice and financial engineering services to corporate clients. He boasts profound knowledge in corporate restructuring, project valuation and financing, value creation, syndicated loans arrangements, securitization, share floatation and origination and distribution of fixed and floating rate bonds.

He covered various industries including telecom, real estate, hotel, manufacturing, and retail. He has conducted a valuation of major GSM operators using sophisticated valuation approaches and tools. He crafted strategies and recommended policies to create and maximize value to the management.
